Formulations Developed

We will research and develop (R&D) almost any type of liquid or solid formula based on your requirements. The custom formulation could be patentable and all rights will be assigned to you. We will sign a nonuse and confidentiality agreement form. For mail-in or fax copy of non-disclosure form. The custom formulation will be yours to make trial batches or to turn over to a high volume private label manufacturer. Alternatively, our laboratory will chemically analyze and formulate a small quantity for your evaluation.

Procedure To Obtain A Formula

Send us a product which you want to duplicate or improve. If not covered by a patent, we will chemically analyze and propose a formula. Alternatively, provide us with requirements for a new product and we will research and develop (R&D) one for you on a best effort basis. No guarantees but generally an acceptable product can be researched and developed. If a submitted product has more than 10 ingredients, it may be very difficult to determine all ingredients and the work is done on a best effort basis.
Fees start at $700.

Before You Begin, Ask your laboratory:

• Will I own the formula?
• Will I be fully knowledgeable about how to make/manufacture/reproduce the formula?
• Will I have all the legal information I need to meet FDA or FTC approval?
• Will I know shelf life and labeling information?
• Will I need to get a patent attorney or can you help with patent search, patent disclosure, and patent applications?
• Have any of your customers actually brought products to market and made money?
